1. Reviewer Nominations: Each reviewer may nominate a set number of books for the awards based on the total they’ve read within a category throughout the year.

2. Eligibility Criteria: Only books of PRG members that have received a 4- or 5-star review are eligible for nomination.

3. Series Nominations: A book series can only be nominated if the author has published more than one book in the series, with at least one released within the past year.

4. Nominee Announcement: Once the nominations are finalized, authors will be informed and encouraged to spread the word, inviting readers, followers, and supporters to vote.

5. Voting Process: Once voting opens, anyone may cast their vote for their favorite books and series within the provided timeframe.

6. Winner Determination: After voting closes, all votes will be counted, and the winners will be determined.

7. Winner Announcement: The final winners will be officially announced and celebrated.

Important Notice: The PRG officers reserve the right, in agreement with the operational Awards expert, to restrict or cancel future awards in the event of low voting participation.
