Brooke Howe is a matchmaker and is scheduled to do a personalized match for Nico Denopoulos a man she met at her friend Willow’s wedding and a man she would love to be his match. Brooke will set up three dates a week for three months and using astrology she will find women that will be a perfect match for him.
Nico had thought of no one since he first saw Brooke and he would love nothing more than for them to be a match, but he was under the impression that she was seeing someone, so he put his desire on the back burner. Three dates and three disasters and when he discovers that Brooke is no longer seeing anyone, he insists that they go out together.
Their first date leads to the bedroom where they both find themselves totally into one another but they both have secrets and Brooke’s is a doozie. Nico was divorced and since opening his new restaurant had decided to find his soulmate. Brooke lives with a two-hundred-year-old curse that keeps her from ever finding love. When the season changes, she will lose Nico and he will no longer remember her. She needs to confess to him that their relationship will be short lived, but it won’t be easy because for the first time in her life she has found the one.
Brooke is determined to find a way to remove the curse and find the HEA she has always wished for; with the man she has always wished for. When Nico is told about the curse, he finds it hard to believe but then something rocks them both to the core. Two people who have finally found their soulmate and it could end with the change of season.
The females in Brooke’s family have lived with this curse but how does she continue to live when she will lose the love of her life when the leaves begin to fall. This series does not have to be read in order, but what a shame if you don’t. Each story follows the life of a couple looking for love and each couple has their own set of problems to deal with.
