The Primordial Protectors of Clan Denarius have been tasked with protecting the gems, the heart of their existence, from falling into the wrong hands.

Ionus, eldest Denarius brother, has spent decades training his stubborn siblings and keeping them in line. But he longed for the freedom to take time off from worrying about them and focus on seeking that which his heart truly craves.

His mate.

If they even exist…

Alexander is a free-spirited omega. A rock climbing, cave spelunking adventurer on a quest to visit the most untouched cavernous terrains in the world. Much to his grandfather’s dismay, he leaves his GPS behind and is soon lost in a twisted maze of caves deep below the surface.

When all attempts to find his way out fail, Alexander comes face to face with a world he never knew existed and creatures he never imagined.

What would Gramps say about that? Possibly something about being dropped on his head one too many times.

A fierce dragon protector meets a thrill-seeking human who takes too many risks and somehow manages to capture his ardent heart. Could this be the mate he’s dreamed of or his worst nightmare?

Amethyst Storms is book 1 in the Primordial Protectors series. What happens when a fierce stickler of a dragon meets a thrill seeking human. Sounds like an ad for man seeking man, right? Well, we can promise you it’s anything but that.

A thrilling tale of love, redemption, and magic, A Broken Spirit will sweep you into a world where fate may be the only thing that can heal a broken soul.

Five dragon shifters have lived for centuries amassing a fortune but never finding their fated mates. Ionus is the oldest and he and his brothers are the protectors of the Primordial gems, Ionus gem is an amethyst, and his power is his ability to control storms. He watches out for his brothers and the town and waits and hopes that his fated mate will appear.
Alexander (Alex) is a man with no goals other than spelunking and rock climbing. Now he is on another search for Satan’s Shaft when he finds himself in a cave with five dragons looking at him. He is an omega who has always soaked himself in ice when his heat was on him keeping his heat at bay. Now he is standing in front of a stack of gems and five very scary dragons.
Ionus immediately knows that he has found his fated mate, a human who shows no fear being surrounded by something he always believed was only in fairy tales. When the dragons turn into human form, and he is told that Ionus is his mate he doesn’t doubt it but wants to return home to the man who raised him his grandfather.
Alex feels a bond with Ionus but wants to return home, so he escapes only to find himself turning around to return to his mate. While doing so he is injured and tries to explain that he attempted to return and knows he won’t be able to leave again. Alex’s parents died while on a cave adventure, so it was his grandfather who raised him. Ionus promised that he could see his grandfather, or his grandfather could come for a visit, he is not a prisoner.
This time when his heat hit, he gave into it and he and Ionus completed the bond. Now Alex will live a long life and has a family, four brothers-in-law, Odem, Mattias, Caro and Quint. He also can speak to Ionus’ dragon and they also bond. Then Alex finds himself carrying eggs that will hatch into baby dragons.
While there is happiness there is also danger, when Ionus and Alex’s grandfather begin to understand that there are other dragon clans in a suspended state of slumber and must be found and released.
The happiness from finding his fated mate and now with the promise of hatchlings coming Ionus is also preparing for trouble. There is a clan ready to bring war so knowing who is an enemy and who is a friend becomes harder to decipher.
A beautiful story about finding love, having babies all while preparing for war. There are happy surprises, danger and stories that lead Ionus and his brothers to realize that they have overlooked some of their history. I look forward to more in this series and hopefully it won’t be too long.
