Bennet’s just an ordinary office worker from Modesto… until the moon is full.
And being a werewolf is stressful. It interferes with Bennet’s work schedule and wreaks havoc with his love life. As if that wasn’t bad enough, things get more complicated when he accidentally bites a very handsome dental technician named Mario.
Will Bennet and Mario have a howling good time together, or will things just get hairy? They’ll find out during the next full moon!

This has to be the best shifter story I have ever read, because it was adorable and when was a shifter story adorable. Bennet joined his friends for a night of fun, a night where he kissed any male, he could lock lips with. The result of that night left him a werewolf oops, Bennet prefers Lycan so that is what I will call him. Bennet was one of the lucky few whose parents not only accepted his being gay, but they accepted he was a Lycan, perfect parents and not in the majority.
Bennet explains all the things he has accepted in his new existence, hard to have a relationship when you must explain to your partner that when the moon is full you will become a wolf. Having to go to work the day after the full moon exhausted from running all night. With stress he has begun to grind his teeth requiring a mouth guard and bringing the tech Mario into his life in an unexpected way. Attracted to Mario and not paying attention when he said bite, open, over and over and one bite left Mario with a ripped glove and a wound on his finger.
When Mario makes a visit to Bennet’s home it is not for romance, it was to advise him that his bite left him a Lycan, oops. Now Bennet and Mario have a chance for a HEA, well that is if Mario doesn’t want to inflict pain on him for what he did.
If you are interested in a Lycan story that makes you laugh, then go no further, this is it. No eating animals, no attacking humans just running for hours. I loved this book, and anyone who loves shifter books, and an enjoyable read should run not walk to get this novella.
