This is the perfect book for the holiday season filled with love and wonderful dogs.

Frosty started his life as a little puppy and the people who bought him were thrilled until he grew so big they could no longer handle him. He was a happy dog who wanted to please his owners and when they took him for a car ride and left him, he was devastated.

Riley went to the shelter to pick up his niece Lilly’s surprise puppy when he saw Frederica, the name the shelter gave her. He was on his way with Lilly’s puppy when he turned around and adopted Frederica. There was something about her he couldn’t resist.

When Lilly saw her, she hated the name and decided it should be Frosty and when Frosty seemed happy with the name the name stuck. Frosty is a wonderful dog but needs training and that is where Wayne the dog trainer comes into Riley’s life along with his dog Buster.

Riley and Wayne are attracted to each other and Buster and Frosty have become friends. A blackout would bring all of them together and would lead to a possible HEA. Mr. Grey has a way of making the dogs come to life and made me wonder how dogs actually feel when they are left behind.

If you love dogs, holidays and a fun, happy story then go no further because this is the one.
