Talented landscape gardener Rylan just had his world turned upside down.

He’s been forced to work for a beast of a man called Tudor West when his brother kills one of the TV personality’s prize orchids due to his negligence.

But Tudor’s reputation seems a little exaggerated once away from cameras and bright lights, and Rylan finds himself more than a little attracted to this version.

Rylan Hastings works with his father, landscaping, a job he loves. Rylan works hard at building up clientele even landing a job with Tudor West, a TV personality with a lot of money. When Rylan receives a frantic call from his father who is working at Tudor West’s property, he knows there is trouble, and there is.

Rylan’s brother left a door open that killed an orchid some of which are worth thousands. Tudor insists that he has purchased a new property, and this house is for show not for living and wants Rylan to work on his new property for at least six weeks, no pay just room and board.

Rylan knows there is no choice but to agree and even though he feels an attraction to Tudor he knows he is in for a very long six weeks. Tudor’s right hand man Eirian tries to convince Rylan that Tudor is not the monster he believes, anything but. He claims that Tudor is caring, compassionate and Rylan should stop believing what the media says.

Rylan finds himself more and more drawn to Tudor especially when he is always looking out for him, so he decides to take Eirian’s advice and trust. Tudor and Eirian have secrets that they have not confessed to Rylan and when they do will Rylan run for the hills or stay.

A short but sweet story about trust. Wonderful characters, secrets, surprises and sex.
