Roan Parrish has written a series that took my breathe away. I read the first two books, In The Middle of Somewhere and Out of No Where in a weekend. I Couldn’t Put Them Down!!! So I was excited to see the third in the series ready for my reading pleasure… And it was all I hoped for and more!!!
We knew Will Highland was a sexy hot mess, from the first book. But little did we know how bad it really was. Young Leo Ware didn’t have a chance. He was smitten immediately and through the latter part of the storyline of Daniel and Rex’s story we waited for this tale.
Roan Parrish has written a strong contender of Best Series for 2016 in my humble opinion. This third book in the series Where We Left Off is a coming of age love story for two young men, for both Will and Leo.
Leo chances for following Will to NY immediately were scuttled by a Financial Aid glitch which kept Leo in Michigan for another year. Now on a bus to New York City to begin NYU University Leo has stars in his eyes for his plans that include he and Will and a happily ever after..
Will is beautiful physically, and has always doubted what people wanted, did they want him for him, or how he looked. Besides other big family issues, he steered clear of commitments keeping his heart all bundled away. Hook-ups were the best he would share of himself, not wanting anything more.
So what happens when a wide eyed romantic chooses an Ice King? Trouble with a Capital T! Roan Parrish has again written a heartwarming story of two young men coming together, learning, growing, loving and enchanting readers with tenderness, tears, hot sex and it is with a lump in my throat, a tear in my eyes and joy in my heart I say well done!
