I just returned from vacation with an armful of books that I have read. I am busting to talk and share them with you. Charlie Cochet had just released her newest THIRDS novel, and I am saddened to say many might have missed this lovely novella….It might have gone by the wayside with all the THIRD hype. This would make me sad because readers and I might have been cheated not catching this book.
There is not too much I can discuss, Spoilers are not my thing. So let me say we meet Kelly Sutton who is an American Intern at the Photonic Royal Society in New London. He has been working on a project called Project Mars. Kelly has been told this project will benefit man and he is happy to be a part of it until he notices the tests have anomalies that worry him and when presenting this to his superior is told to just write down what he sees.
The Novella works, although I would have loved a Novel. It could have been ‘more’ not the wham, bam thank you ma’am….novella. Charlie is a wonder with words and ideas and I would have loved more!!! But in this novella Ms. Cochet captured enough to keep my interest, to make me think, and to worry about the companies who could do this.
