If you have kept track of the sometimes funny, zany, fun, happy, sad, over the top lives of Dixon Penn and his Russian partner Yuri , I will be saddened their story will end at the next book number 13. We who started this series with Quill Me Now in 2019 have followed the antics and tribulations of two young men that met at Precious Greetings all those years ago with Dixon in the card rhyming department and Yuri is the head of Security.
We have spent many a good time traveling looking for ‘stuff’, originally Uncle Fonzo and much has taken place with the people in the town of Pinyum Bay. The town has the the funniest weirdest people this author can contrive, and I have always loved the ride….
The best part though in the story is the wonderful relationship that formed between Yuri and Dixon. Not only love but such respect and care that made this spoof so enjoyable. Jordan does write serious stuff, PsyCop and Mnevermind come to mind as I read all her other works religiously. But I certainly will miss this fun spoof
