A sheltered prince. A sudden death. An unexpected choice. How will Prince Marcelo react to discovering he’s The Contingency Plan?

For eighteen years, there has been peace between Sheburat and the kingdom of Zioneven. The untimely death of a princess throws the marriage arrangement -- the final phase to complete the terms of the treaty -- into disarray, and the contingency plan is put into motion. Now the Crown Prince of Zioneven gets to make his own choice from among the princess’s younger siblings.

As a rare royal son in the matriarchal sovereignty of Sheburat, Prince Marcelo grew up knowing he would never marry. Never. Royal sons did not marry. Period. Except, Prince Efren isn’t from Sheburat, and he has other plans.

Book One ‘The Contingency Plan’ is a short prequel of what will unfold. This story in an alternate world where for eighteen years, there has been peace between the kingdom of Sheburat and the kingdom of Zioneven.

The land of Zioneven entered into a treaty to have their son the Crown Prince Efren marry the daughter of Sheburat when she turned 18. The Princess is a twin. Sheburat is a matriarchal sovereignty, where the women reign and the males are not included in any of the politics etc. The women are better educated and more informed.

So when Prince Efren arrives, the people of Sheburat have been mourning the death of the Princess supposedly caused by a riding accident who was the bride to be. Here is where the title comes into play…..A Marriage there will be…..and Prince Marcelo is the contingency plan.

A delightful beginning…….
