This is the BOOK we all have been waiting for. Dex and Sloane’s Wedding, the wedding that will culminate changes for the couple as they segue from Thirds Agents to join another group called TIN. If you thought Ms Cochet was gonna keep it all love and hearts and flowers; I thought you would know better, cause you would be sooo wrong.
Tried and True had everything that all Ms, Cochet’s THIRDS NERDS could ever want. From the first page to the last, I was on edge; hoping all would end with the fabulous wedding plans we all hoped for.
We have gone through four years of the Dex and Sloane show. We have watched them meet, fight, fall in lust, fall in love. We have watched them battered, bloodied, tortured, and still their love survived it all.
Of course their lives are always fraught with danger, and here there was no exception. We had plenty of that, but the surprises what we learned from this book will have you thinking as I did for quite a while. So much to digest, so much more to learn for the future.
But when all was said and done, this fast paced story was the best of Charlie Cochet !
Down to making us feel like we were attending the wedding, I felt like we were there. The Tux’s, the flowers, the socks, the fun and yes The Family that has been so quietly gathered for us to feel , to know deep indise how they would always be there for the grooms.
Now I can sit back, take a breath, let the boys honeymoon and wait for the next adventure. Wonderful, book!!!
