Another amazing addition to an already amazing series. If you have not read this series yet than do yourself a favor and try it. I would gladly give more than five stars to this series if I could. Although every review is an individual’s own opinion of a book I would whole heartedly recommend that you begin this series if you have not done so yet. It you loved Black Dagger Brotherhood then you should definitely love this one. Do yourself a favor and try book one and if you are anything like me you will not be able to wait for the next one in the series.

Glendonnon Catch (Glen) and Elora Rose Storm have been gone from Jefferson Unit for five years. It was five years ago that Rosie gave Glen an ultimatum, her or knighthood. When he didn’t respond on time she disappeared and he began being a floater going from one assignment to another. As a floater Glen never put down roots or maintained any kind of connection with anyone. Now he is heading back to Jefferson Unit unaware of the fact that he has been called back to be evaluated. Glen is not the same person who left, he is angry, sad and shows signs of deep depression.

Rosie has also returned home unaware that Glen has also. She realizes now that forcing him to decide between her and Black Swan and then leaving him without a word was the wrong thing to do but she was a child in a woman’s body. If you have been reading this series then you know about Rosie’s past and who and what she is, again, if you haven’t started this series do so.

Rosie is taking over as Tracker from her mother who wants to stay home and hopefully give Rosie a sister or a brother. Rosie’s first assignment is to find a young knight named Falcon with Glen as her partner. Falcon was obsessed with the Chief Operations Office, Genevieve Bonheur who after a shopping spree fell victim to a vampire. She is now the very thing that Falcon hunts. When she is taken by the original vampire Jean Etienne who can help her he leaves Jefferson Unit in search of her. His search takes Glen and Rosie to Paris where Genevieve is.

There are those who know that the problem with Rosie and Glen is that they belong together and in spite of the fact that he displays only hatred towards her they set out to make things right. What they do is not something I will give away in this review. Can Glen get over his bitterness and realize that he still loves Rosie? Can he forgive her for leaving and understand that she was too young at the time to realize what she was doing?

This is a series that has it all, handsome men, beautiful women, elves, demons, witches and werewolves. There is something for everyone in this series that is why I strongly suggest giving it a try. I began my love of paranormal after reading BDB and didn’t think I would find another series to equal it, I was wrong, I found the Knights of the Black Swan.
