This series stars three wonderfully talented authors; Roe Horvat writing Book 1 and 3, Wendy Rathbone Book 2 and 4, and MM Farmer Books 3 and 6 for the finale. Each book is centered in the Omegaverse genre; with Alpha’s and Omegas no longer having to swipe right or left to find a Perfect mate. It’s done with science…..bloodwork, likes, dislikes, medical tests and ten putting all the info into a Match computer and coming up with the closest Match. Anything over 75 % is considered a possibility, but a match of 85% is wonderful and a probable.
Wendy Rathbone’s book 2 was Chance Match with the Perfect Match Agency matching swoon-worthy rich businessman Morgan with a sweet omega Kace. Morgan and Kace’s first date ended with Kace actually bonding with Morgan’s assistant Storm. Not finding his HEA he has remained single, watching Storm and Kace’s happiness.
So, Book #5 Second Chance, Morgan receiving an email from the Agency telling him they have a Match for him that’s over 95 % is distressing and frightening. He confides his fears with Storm and decides to try one last time. He has a tall bill to follow. He must drive about 5 hours to get to the Omegas home, He has to meet the Omega after dark at his home and not be alone with his betrothed. He must marry before even kissing his Omega and after ceremony they are free to leave and return south to Morgan’s estate. Other than feeling he will be marrying a vampire, Morgan makes the trip.
This book was a reminder that every child is not treated well, and it is especially heartening to find a kind young man and a tortured Omega get their HEA’s. Great read!
