OMG…..TL Travis has written a story that has blown me away. If you do not fall madly in love with Josh Gray in this story I am soooo sorry for you. We meet Josh down on his luck created by his own past mistakes. Mistake #1 was sleeping with the boyfriend of the Lead Singer of the Social Sinners. It was a famous Heavy Metal Band. He was fired and then signs with a company who promises much and delivers the owner going to prison for fraud.
Slowly the downhill plummet of alcohol and his loss of faith in his own self worth; still being held back from auditions the target of what he did in the past. The book opens as Josh shows up to an audition and by his inner angry, frustrated thoughts you see how low he is. When he is recognized by Jason the head bandmate and is asked to play a song he had been famous for in his past life. As he finished the other two band members walked over welcoming him and introduced themselves as Marley and Nigel. The were with a band called Playing With Fire and wanted to rebrand. Immediately they name themselves Chaotic Abyss., got each others phone numbers and this is Josh’s story.
TL Travis has written a heart warming and heart breaking story of a young man never given a chance at life until this moment. His past is a PTSD story on its own. But the music and how he dealt with it, might be a salvation along with the bartender behind the bar he frequented. Reagan actually was a fan, although he didn’t show it……
All the Possibilities….Take the ride with Josh and TL Travis….You will not be disappointed I promise…..Have a tissue handy.
