Protecting his shifter from threats is easy, but can he protect him from his own ambition?

As part of the G-Force Federation, gargoyle Jude is a newly promoted pilot eager to prove himself on his first solo assignment. Unfortunately, his plans go awry when his craft is shot down, leaving him stranded in the desert.

Kirby is a fennec fox shifter on the desert world of Cairo. When Jude’s ship comes under attack he races to help him, and after the crash he offers to guide him back to the base.

Their journey across the harsh desert is fraught with dangers, one of which is the lure of Kirby’s scent as he goes into heat for the first time. Jude’s protective attitude towards him pushes all the right buttons with Kirby, and it doesn’t take much for him to persuade the gargoyle to be his first lover.

When Kirby discovers he is pregnant they know one of them will have to make a sacrifice if they want to raise their baby together, but can either of them give up everything they have ever known?

Space Fox is Book One in the multi-author G-Force Federation mpreg, scifi series. Each book in the series can be read in any order. Join the G-Force Federation gargoyle warriors as they embark on their mission to protect and serve the Federation and possibly find their fated mates.

Kirby is a shifter, a little fennec fox in his shifted form, he is feeling the need to find a mate. He lets his family know he’s going to leave the den in search of someone. His mother cautions him about rogues who will attack him, Kirby tries to relieve her mind, he knows what to do.

Jude is a pilot on assignment from the G-Force Federation, sent to look for settlers of a dune-swept sand planet of Cairo. He sets down near a base and finds it abandoned, everything still there but no signs of life. He kicks on the power and calls back to the mother ship, the Notre Dame. They tell him to search for survivors. He is beginning to leave when a ship comes over and starts to shoot. Jude gets into his craft and tries to get airborne.

Kirby has seen the hostiles, who always shoot at things they find. He runs to try to warn the tall stranger, skittering up the ramp into the ship just as the door closes and it takes off. Maneuvering, Jude can’t outrun the attackers and ends up getting blown out of the sky, crashing back on Cairo.

Kirby rescues Jude and they start learning about each other. Kirby is a fennic fox shifter and Jude is a gargoyle. Two different species. As they talk, they find themselves drawn to the other. Things get hot and Jude ends up in love.

I’m not going to spoil the rest. Jude and Kirby have a great love story in Space Fox. L.M. Brown has created a couple of good shifters. I kept wanting to have a fennec fox, sounded so cute.

It is hot, there’s some very steamy romance and there’s an unexpected pregnancy involved. It’s good space opera as well. Space Fox is a nice little shifter romance and is a series, so there will be more.
