This is my first introduction to the Four Kings Security Universe and the Boyfriend Collective and I loved it. Colton has always dreamed of a Christmas like the holiday movies on TV and this year he has come up with a plan. He rented a mansion in the town of Winterhaven where snow is a guarantee and a change from living in Florida where it is always sunny.

Upon arriving they discovered that they were the only tourists in town, just townspeople. No one had decorated and all the Christmas booths were empty. Obviously, Mother Nature did a job on the town with a huge snowstorm, the Ice Castle the Christmas highlight lost power, leaks in the roof and all the guests were forced to cancel. Christmas is the time when the town makes enough money to keep it going and now all they have is snow.

Colton has another plan and a whole lot of money so emails, phone calls and calling in favors should hopefully bring Christmas back to Winterhaven. Colton is a billionaire but doesn’t hesitate to use his money if it helps those in need I.e. Winterhaven. Everyone from the Boyfriend Collective and their mates are ready, willing and able to pitch in.

Work on the power and the roof and all the products necessary to turn the town into a winter wonderland is underway, the biggest question is with a few weeks before Christmas can they get the guests who cancelled to come. Love is in the air, and everyone is enjoying their time together at the same time as they try to bring Winterhaven’s yearly Christmas back in full force.

Ace kept me giggling throughout the book, how could I not laugh when he climbs this huge Christmas tree to ensure that no critters were hiding on the top and manages to get into trouble despite his husband Colton begging him to stay away from tools and anything requiring climbing.

Once again, his brain took a detour, and he was attacked by a squirrel and fell out of the tree. That should have been warning enough to stop and think but obviously stopping and thinking is lost on Ace and with everyone yelling not to lift the ten-foot tree, your right he did and is now at home with ice packs on his poor back.

Everything is being worked on but is it a success, well I will find out when I read book two, Sleight it ain’t so. I am ending this review highly recommending this book, a book where a group of men give money and heart felt care for a town in need. This is what Christmas is all about.

Merry Christmas, I am picking up book two since this series is so funny and just what can be the beginning of a magical Christmas.
