Season’s Meetings is a short romance set during Christmas market time in a small town. Kyle is shopping for his two children, Alice and Zach, when he is called out to by Vic, a stall owner. There is a slow and sweet getting-to-know-you period before an official date is arranged. However, both men come with relationship baggage and it’s not smooth sailing.

I enjoyed reading this story overall. A chance for both men, who have been down on their romantic luck, to have their HEA. It’s very low heat but has enough to keep you interested as they both have to decide whether to take a chance on the other, not something Vic has succeeded at in years gone by and Kyle’s history is one big event that has you wondering how some people think.

I loved Alice and Zach. They are such an entertaining duo and really keep Kyle on his toes. They’re both very upfront about their thoughts and honesty in how they talk which makes it amusing when it comes to Kyle’s possible relationship with Vic. There is also a good group of secondary characters who offer support to the characters and entertainment to the reader.
